Job Description
Delivering superior customer service that promotes client retention. - Handling a high volume of inbound calls from clients in a prompt and professional manner.
- Making outbound calls to clients who have received targeted marketing materials. - Assessing client needs, providing quotes, and ultimately selling policies.
- Responding to online chat and email inquiries from clients.

- At least 2 years of experience selling insurance, preferably in a call centre environment.
- At least 1 year of tenure with a recent employe

Requirements
- DEC en administration, en assurances et services financiers ou toutes autres formations pertinentes ; Un minimum de trois mois d'expérience dans le domaine de l'assurance collective serait souhaitable ;
- Certificat en assurance collective émis par l'AMF (un atout) ; Bonne capacité et intérêt à travailler en équipe ; Faire preuve d'un bon esprit d'analyse ;
Avoir un bon sens de l'organisation et de gestion des priorités ; Bonne connaissance de la suite Office
