Responsibilities
As an Accounting Clerk, your main responsibilities will include :
- Managing expense accounts and ensuring accurate tracking;
- Performing account reconciliations with precision;
- Administering lawyers’ credit cards, including monitoring and management;
- Preparing and issuing invoices in accordance with internal policies;
- Reviewing and approving required financial documents;
- Providing administrative support to lawyers for various operational tasks;
- Organizing and filing emails and documents for efficient management.
Qualifications
We are seeking a meticulous and collaborative candidate who meets the following criteria :
- Essential bilingualism (French and English) with exceptional writing skills;
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in a law firm;
- Knowledge of the Aderant software (an asset);
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas, filters, and pivot tables;
- Ability to work efficiently with diplomacy and strong attention to detail.
