• Responsibilities : -Organize and maintain shop supplies, materials, and tools-Prepare materials and equipment for daily field crew needs-Deliver supplies and equipment to job sites in a safe and timely manner-Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of shop facilities and vehicles-Assist in managing inventory, restocking as needed-Comply with all safety regulations, using provided safety equipment-Communicate effectively with team members, reporting any issues or delays-Perform additional tasks as required to support operationsQualifications : -Prior experience in a similar role or construction-related field (plumbing or heating experience a plus)-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team-Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed-Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materialsBenefits : -Compensation Perks : Bi-weekly pay, potential for overtime-Health and Wellness : Medical, dental, and vision insurance;
