We are now hiring a full-time Auto Glass Installer in Winnipeg starting May 1st, 2024 or earlier. We are a small but talented group locally with support of a national business with a unique business model actively expanding our operations, this means there is room for advancement.

Base Wage of $25 / hr with ability to progress in pay and position over time.

Summary :

We have a need for an experienced Auto Glass Installer to join our operations. We are looking for someone who is technical focused and wants to continually grow and learn with the business.

At DECO you'll be working alongside an experienced manager.

• Replacing & repairing windshields
• Replacing all other automotive glass
• Working with other technicians
• Servicing our existing repair plan customers
• all while providing the customer an unforgettable service.

Requirements :

• Must be driven, motivated, independent, and able to learn quickly
• The ability to work as a team
• Passionate about work quality
• Previous replacement experience is needed (3+ years desired)
• Be able to stand for long periods of time
