ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Workland is currently looking for an IT Project Manager , motivated and experienced in IT project management, to join the Customer Experience team.

You will play a key role in supporting our customers during the implementation phase of the recruitment software developed by Workland.

The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive set of essential skills and qualities, including IT project management expertise, proficiency and interest in project management technologies and tools, rigor and attention to detail to ensure successful implementations, as well as a strong ability to communicate and convey key information.

JOB SUMMARY

As an IT Project Manager specializing in the implementation of the ATLAS software, you will play a crucial role in the design, management, and execution of customer projects.

You will act as a key liaison between the Workland team and customers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, while complying with tender requirements and following established project frameworks.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE :

• Collaborate with customers to identify their needs and define clear objectives for system implementation projects;
• Develop all project start-up requirements according to best practices (statement, team, governance, risks, etc.);
• Identify project uncertainties, consider alternative resource solutions, anticipate changes in project scope and associated risks;
• Ensure projects progress within budget and on time, as well as meeting any specific requirements in connection with calls for tender;
• Implement effective project management methodologies to track project status and manage potential issues;
• Coordinate and lead project follow-up meetings with the Workland team and customers to ensure clear communication and alignment with project objectives and progress;
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that their expectations are met and that they are regularly informed of project progress;
• Act as a bridge between the Workland team and the customer team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration;
• Ensure that all projects respect and meet tender requirements, with a focus on quality deliverables;
• All other related tasks.

THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE :

• A Bachelor's degree in administration, information technology, engineering, or a related field;
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT project management;
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences and to interact with the IT team;
• Good knowledge of the main project management software and tools;
• Demonstrate rigor in respecting deadlines and quality;
• Proven ability to organize time and prioritize tasks to effectively manage multiple projects;
• Fluency in French and English (oral and written);
• Project management certification (an asset).
