The E-Commerce Project Manager will be responsible for managing the e-commerce roadmap to evolve the customer experience towards omnichannel in order to maximize engagement and growth of the company.

- Drive several strategic projects, create product backlogs, and prioritize key features
- Follow market trends and customer needs to develop strategic plans
- Participate in the launch of new products and new features by testing their performance
- Work at the heart of an internal team of around 20 E-Commerce people and with an external agency
- Facilitate communication between different teams and manage deadlines
- Contribute to site improvement and SEO projects
PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience in E-Commerce
- Professional experience in product roadmap management and in an Agile environment
- Interpersonal skills and strong planning skills
- Good knowledge in site improvement and SEO
- Experience in budget management (more than $100,000 per project)
- Mastery of Jira, Atlassian, Basecamp, Magento and / or Shopify (assets)
- Agile certification (strong asset)
- BAC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
