Senior Project Manager Land Cyber Security Risk Management

Our valued Government client is looking for a secret-cleared Senior Project Manager to lead the Land Cyber Security Risk Management Process (LCSRMP).
This role focuses on strengthening cyber resiliency for Government platforms and involves collaborating with various government offices, industry partners, and stakeholders.
Tasks
- Lead Cyber Security Initiatives : Use your 10+ years of cyber security advisory experience in the federal government to provide valuable insights on risk management.
- Manage Projects and Workshops : Plan and run workshops for project directors and managers to ensure effective training and engagement.
- Provide High-Level Briefings : Present cybersecurity concepts and best practices to key stakeholders, including industry partners, the Canadian Army, and senior government officials.
- Develop and Document Policies : Create and update essential project documents program charters, management plans, risk matrices to meet federal standards.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders : Serve as the main contact, working closely with federal teams like Equipment Management and Director Land Requirements Staff.
- Guide Risk Management : Oversee risk management strategies, mentor your team, and conduct post-project reviews to identify improvements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Cyber Security Experience in a federal government setting, specifically in cyber resiliency and risk management.
- 5+ years in Project Management within cyber security, with a focus on land-based technology and systems.
- Experience Presenting to Senior Leadership and working closely with various stakeholders, including Cyber Mission Assurance groups.
- Educational Background : Master’s degree in : Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Applied Science from a recognized institution.
