Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone and / or email
• Process orders in a fast-paced environment
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Work with customers to resolve shipping requests and order status questions
• Provide updates on shipments
• Booking incoming and outgoing freight

Qualifications

• Ability to stay organize and to prioritize tasks
• 2 years' experience in customer service (logistics / transportation / trucking)
• Experience with TMW, Synergize, SAP and MS Office programs an asset
• Must have the ability to effectively manage time and complete required tasks
• Bilingual (French and English)
• Knowledge of SAP an asset
