Our client, a company operating in the financial sector, is looking for an Assistant to support the company's teams. This is a temporary position in Ottawa.
We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual who can work in a high pressure environment.
Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative and support to the team and work closely with supervisors
- Ensure written, telephone and electronic communications related to requests
- Ensure the flow of information between the various stakeholders
- Manage communication within his / her jurisdiction (writing letters, answering questions, follow-ups, etc.)
- Ensure that the processes and programs put in place by the team are respected for the smooth running of the company
- Be the resource person between the clients and the company
- Gather information and documents necessary for the opening of customer accounts
- Maintain and follow up on customer transactions
- Ensure resolution of any issues to ensure proper delivery
- Collaborate with portfolio managers in the preparation of account documents
- Perform any other related tasks
Requirements :
- Relevant experience in the wealth management (an asset)
- Experience in the financial sector (required)
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of French (an asset)
- Very good command of the Microsoft Office Suite
