Job Summary :

As a ORACLE (HFM) FP&A Administrator and member of the Finance team, you will be driving the entire development life cycle of a robust analytics solution.

You will partner with the business stakeholders to gather requirements and create complex data visualizations that will help solve critical business questions.

You will act as business partner to IT teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Propose, design and manage improvement and new functionalities of the application in coordination with other applications;
• Propose, design and manage improvements on the process and on the reporting;
• Ensure governance for the proposed improvements, design and production phases;
• Support the users during the budgetary process;
• Manage and organize each release;
• Act as SPOC (single point of contact) on the topic regarding Budget elaboration and other main processes supported by the application;
• Prepare business requirements and ensure that the documentation is up-to-date;
• Handle trainings, presentations and change management on the application.

Act as a single point of contact for the consolidation module

Responsible of configuration of settings for the conso and budget module

Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Business, Engineer or Information Technology
• 5+ years experience within Financial Services.
• Experience as business analyst or management accountant is required
• Knowledge of Oracle (HFM) and experience with an integrator team and other CPM tools
• Experience in implementation and support of budgeting / planning tools
• ETL tools (Extract Transform and Load)
• Capacity to perform rigorous analysis and to report in a synthetic manner
• Capacity to manage several tasks in parallel, prioritize and manage pressure
• Ability to adapt to change and transformation in a rapidly growing environment
• Autonomy
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)

Security Clearance Requirements / CGP / ITAR :

Position requires the ability to gain access to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
