Responsibilities :
- Arrangeand coordinate seminars conferences etc.
- Planand control budget and expenditures
- Superviseand amp; train other employees.
- Determine andestablish office procedures androutines
- Schedule and confirm Appointments;Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
- Answer electronic enquiries.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange travel related itineraries and makereservations.
- Greet people and direct them tocontacts or service areas.
- Type and proofreadcorrespondence forms and other documents.
- Perform data entry; provide customer service
- Assign coordinate and review projects andprograms.
Requirements :
- Provenexperience as an Administrative Assistant Virtual Assistant orsimilar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
- Strongorganizational and timemanagement skills with the ability toprioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
- Attention to detail andproblemsolvingskills.
