With a track record of successful projects and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, modeling, and providing financial insights to support our investment decisions and business growth.

Position Summary : The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial modeling, analysis, and reporting, with a focus on real estate investments.

This role will require a deep understanding of financial concepts and the ability to assess investment strategies. As a key member of our finance team, the Senior Financial Analyst will contribute to the company’s strategic decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling of real estate investment opportunities, including cash flow projections, risk assessments, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Evaluate potential acquisitions, development projects, and investments by analyzing market trends, property performance, and financial metrics.
  • create annual cash flow projections
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data, assumptions, and market research.
  • Perform due diligence on potential investments, including financial, legal, and market assessments.
  • Provide recommendations on investment strategies, risk mitigation, and financial planning.
  • Support the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Assist in the development of investment strategies and decision-making processes.

Qualifications :

  • CPA or CFA Designation is highly preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on real estate investments and modeling.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, including proficiency with Excel, and knowledge of financial modeling software.
  • Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics, property valuation, and investment analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
