Senior Financial Analyst
This client is a prominent and innovative real estate development company specializing in commercial and residential developments.
With a track record of successful projects and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, modeling, and providing financial insights to support our investment decisions and business growth.
Position Summary : The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial modeling, analysis, and reporting, with a focus on real estate investments.
This role will require a deep understanding of financial concepts and the ability to assess investment strategies. As a key member of our finance team, the Senior Financial Analyst will contribute to the company’s strategic decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling of real estate investment opportunities, including cash flow projections, risk assessments, and sensitivity analysis.
- Evaluate potential acquisitions, development projects, and investments by analyzing market trends, property performance, and financial metrics.
- create annual cash flow projections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data, assumptions, and market research.
- Perform due diligence on potential investments, including financial, legal, and market assessments.
- Provide recommendations on investment strategies, risk mitigation, and financial planning.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Assist in the development of investment strategies and decision-making processes.
Qualifications :
- CPA or CFA Designation is highly preferred
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on real estate investments and modeling.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, including proficiency with Excel, and knowledge of financial modeling software.
- Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics, property valuation, and investment analysis.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
