What you will do :

Reporting to the Board of Directors, this role oversees Dress for Success Regina operations, including the administration of volunteer coordination and client service delivery

Represent DFSR, providing education and awareness on local, provincial, and national levels

Establish and maintain community connections with nonprofits, businesses, women's organizations, and government agencies

Supervise DFSR staff, providing team leadership and a positive working environment

Direct interpersonal communication and advocacy to engage clients, funders, volunteers, social media, community groups, the public, and the media

Manage DFSR location, facilities, equipment, and property, ensuring compliance with regulations

Determine spending priorities and oversee expenditures according to the approved budget

Identify and cultivate new funding sources, liaise with funders, and assist in preparing funding proposals

What you will need :

Experience in program delivery, program development, and budget administration

Knowledge of challenges in delivering community-based supportive programming to diverse individuals

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365 suite of products

Demonstrated leadership ability to manage, team-build, and coach staff and volunteers

Excellent interpersonal communication and advocacy skills

Ability to represent DFSR through public speaking engagements and liaison with external agencies and media

Access to a vehicle is required

Knowledge is generally acquired by having a combination of education and experience, or the completion of a bachelors degree in public relations, marketing or business administration.

We’re looking for a candidate with 3-5 years experience working in a non-profit organization. Keep in mind we sometimes suffer from imposter syndrome but don’t let that stop you, we’d love to hear from you!

What we offer :

The salary range for this role is $55,000-$65,000 annually based on experience and negotiated at time of offer

Full time role with some flexibility in days and times worked

Flexible work (combination of in-office and work-from-home)
