We're looking for a Business Analyst -Y-CRM Implementation to join our Product team and be part of our next stage of growth.
As our Business Analyst, you will be working on the Y-CRM team to support our small to midsize YMCA clients. Your focus will be understanding our customers' business processes, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor during implementation.
You'll work closely with the implementation team to solve any challenges our clients face, helping us to ensure a smooth transition to Y-CRM.

Skills
Traction Rec'rs come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people that are from diverse backgrounds. For this role, you might have :
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a software or professional services context.
- 2+ years of experience working in an external client facing role, with experience documenting current state and future state processes and gathering functional requirements
- Experience making complex workflows and processes easy to understand, train, and remember
- Proven capability in facilitating the discovery phase of major projects, including requirement documentation, gap analysis, and roadmap prioritization.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for translating complex technical solutions into manageable processes.
- Collaborated with a variety of stakeholders to breakdown and streamline business processes, identify and address risks, and implement process improvements
- Strong understanding of the customer perspective during systems migration, process changes, and new technology onboarding
- Bonus points if :

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end analysis and documentation process for implementing our SAAS product across our small to midsize clients.
- Collaborate across departments to integrate client needs with product capabilities, facilitating smooth and efficient project rollouts.
- Engage directly with clients to understand and document their unique challenges and requirements, acting as a key liaison between clients and our internal teams
- Aid customers with managing complex business process change, documenting and guiding them through alternative process options
- Train and support internal team members on business analysis process and asset recommendations
- Creating hand-off and user documentation and communication to clients and internal teams.
- Travel to clients (Must be able to travel in Canada and US, without restriction)
Compensation
At Traction Rec, we are committed to a fair, market-based and equitable compensation structure. Our market data is refreshed on an annual basis to reflect the most current market conditions.
The starting salary band for this role is $80,000-$95,000. Starting salaries will vary within this range based on experience, skill level, and internal equity of the role.
