On behalf of our client, Procom Consultants Group is currently looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst.

Provide oversight and guidance on the business design (i.e. Alignment of people, process, policy, systems) ensuring continuous improvement and traceability to the business strategy and goals of the assigned division.

Intermediate Business Analyst Job Details

• Identify business process performance measures and monitors business process performance against the goals;

• Identify business and process gaps, misalignments and improvements, using performance measures, feedback, maturity models, etc. ensuring alignment to articulated goals;

• Provides strategic advice and makes recommendations to optimize and continuously improve the design of the business (i.e. people, process, policy and systems) to achieve the business goals. Builds the case for change;

• Act as a business lead and facilitator in continuous improvement events;

• Lead business representatives responsible for ensuring business changes are designed and implemented meeting business needs;

• Provide presentations, education and training on business changes, as required;

• Work with divisional leadership to define training needs and implement and maintain training programs to provide professional growth and to ensure skill levels are aligned to service delivery goals;

• Provide process expertise and advice to the assigned division;

• Provide advice and expertise on best practices and promotes the adoption of these practices.

Deliverables:

Selected candidate shall provide the following "Deliverables¨ with the stated delivery dates which may include documentation, reports, manuals, designs, drawings, schematics, and diagrams.

Deliverables will be agreed upon with the project lead, working sponsor, and executive sponsor.

Intermediate Business Analyst Mandatory Skills

Client will give preference to the candidates that can demonstrate experience in end-to-end Claims processes from first notice of loss/customer contact, claims adjusting, management of the claim, repair of the vehicle or total loss settlement and salvage.
