Brandt is currently seeking a Sales Manager for our Brossard Construction & Forestry location.Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position is responsible for sales growth and profitability of the wholegoods department.
Duties include, but are not limited to : Achieve asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets.
Included but not limited to new and used wholegood inventory.Provide for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals.
Management and development of all employees in the Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers and employees.
Achieve market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company.Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
Assist in the management of Branch account receivables in conjunction with the VP of Credit and VP of Operations.Other duties as assignedRequired SkillsCertificate, diploma, or bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management of related field preferred3-5 years' HR Generalist and / or Recruiting experience preferredCPHR considered an assetRequired ExperienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skillsStrong decision-making skillsProfessionalism, organizational, and project management skillsStrong computer skills required;
familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems considered an asset
