Job Title : Senior Java Fullstack Developer with React

Location : Hybrid (3 days onsite per week), Mississauga, Canada

Position Type : Full-Time

Salary : Up to $140,000

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Java Fullstack Developer to join our team in Mississauga, Canada.

This hybrid role requires a strong backend focus (70%) paired with front-end expertise (30%) in React. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and developing complex web applications using modern frameworks, microservices architecture, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Java and React with Redux.
• Implement Spring Boot and microservices for scalable and secure backend solutions.
• Develop RESTful and SOAP web services, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
• Leverage Docker and Kubernetes for microservices deployment and orchestration.
• Utilize Oracle or MongoDB for database management and optimization.
• Apply knowledge of data structures and algorithms to solve complex technical challenges.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Use tools like JIRA, TeamCity, and Git for version control, task tracking, and CI / CD.

Requirements :

• 10+ years of experience in fullstack development with a focus on Java (backend).
• Proficiency in React and Redux for front-end development.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Knowledge of database technologies like Oracle and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices design patterns.
• Proficient in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools like JIRA and Git.
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and build tools like TeamCity.
