About The RoleReporting to the Senior Director of Operations, the Director of CustomerSuccess is a key role in the implementation, delivery, and maintenance ofOneVest’s enterprise B2B customer’s pre-launch Go-to-Market (GTM) andpost-launch Business as Usual (BAU) lifecycles.
This role is primarilyresponsible for making sure the enterprise customers leveraging OneVest’splatform to run their business have what they need to be successful before,during, and after their launches.
As this function continues to develop, itwill be supported by a world-class team of implementation managers,customer success specialists, and others to help realize the Director’svision.
What You’ll Be Doing : Set the vision for OneVest’s customer success initiatives, processesand culture from conceptualization to delivery, measurement andmaintenanceLearn, do and document in a hands-on capacity, with the goal ofestablishing best practices that can then be delegated to an empoweredteamDrive successful outcomes for the Go-to-Market (GTM) implementation andBusiness as Usual (BAU) programs across active customers in both Canada andthe United StatesBuild and lead an exceptional team to deliver engaging customerexperiences, including recruitment, providing regular coaching andmentorship, and measuring performance of the team and individualsCollaborate with customers on customer commit product builds to ensuredelivery of these features meets their business needsWork closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Executive teams toensure healthy, happy customer relationships from kick-off to delivery andbeyondInfluence customer lifetime value by identifying and deliveringsolutions that leverage existing or new OneVest modules orfunctionalityAct as a key resource in addressing any customer escalations, shouldthey occur, and handling resolution with humility and integrityQualifications : 8+ years of experience in wealth management and / or wealthtechnologyBachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field : businessadministration, commerce, or operations managementExperience in digital transformation and software adoption projects inwealth management or asset management firmsThorough knowledge of the operational landscape in the wealthmanagement industry including stakeholders, service providers, andincumbentsDemonstrable experience with bringing a 6-12 month financial technologyimplementation project to market and the maintenance thereofafterwardsStrong and effective program management skills including but notlimited to : planning, time management, communication, and negotiationProven experience in team leadership and effective communication bothacross distributed teams and between all levels of an organization fromjunior roles to the C-suiteSkilled in operational improvements including analysis and improvementof processes, problem-solving and delegationProfessional familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirementsrelated to the wealth management industry in Canada, the US, or bothBonus : Work experience at modern wealth tech firmExperience launching technology programs or projects across bordersand / or in different international marketsWritten proficiency in Canadian FrenchCompensation : $100,000-130,000 CAD, depending on experience, plus participation in anemployee stock option purchase program (ESOP)What It’s Like To Work With Us : Culture : It’s fun, rewarding, face-paced and we build cool stuff, too!
