Summary : The Supply Planner will be responsible for all aspects of the forecasting and supply chain management process, including operational tasks relating to inventory replenishment and suppliers.
The individual will maintain an effective, forecast driven supply chain and liaise closely with key stakeholders within our Canadian operation.
The Supply Planner ultimately be responsible for several product lines and work towards achieving specific financial and service level targets.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to) : · Plan, execute, monitor, and manage entire inventory-related supply chain processes to improve key metrics · Ensure continuous communication and collaboration of inventory management data with the key stakeholders.
- Build collaborative relationships with various cross-functional stakeholders on projects such as new product launches, line extensions, product discontinuations, etc.
- Validate supply plan and replenishment orders are aligned with forecasts · Perform detailed inventory analysis to identify opportunities and optimize inventory levels · Work with all relevant stakeholders to establish both short- and long-term inventory strategies · Ensure operational supply chain processes are followed, and planning data is correctly maintained.
