Role name : Project Manager Embedded, Hardware Design, Li-Ion Battery
Role Description : Successful completion of Battery pack supplier qualification and find an alternate by coordinating different teams - Interface directly with Batterypack suppliers and product manufacturers (JDMs) to manage Projectschedules, budgets and deliverables maintaining;

Experience (Years) : 10 & Above
Essential Skills : 10+ Years experience in Hardware project management. LI-Ion Battery program management experience.
- Project schedule management, Scope management, Risk management and must be able to drive multiple teams effectively-
- Project stakeholder management and drive / conduct workshops,focused sessions, management cadences as and when needed- Strong Leadership, analytical thinking, problem solving, and great communication skills.
Desirable Skills :
- Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Quality,Safety, Regulatory and Product Configuration teams on China+1priority projects relating to batteries (and / or other commodities as determined
- Interface directly with Battery pack suppliers and product manufacturers (JDMs) to manage Project schedules, budgets and deliverables maintaining
- Provide regular tracking cadence and readout on projects status- Familiar with Lithium-Ion battery pack development
- Previous experience working with Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the Project execution.- Experience in handling projects and managing them within the tripleconstraints.
- Detailed Project planning and execution within the timelines, cost andquality.- Meeting project schedules and budget- Identifying the risks and mitigation plan.

Requirements
Experience (Years) : 8-10 Essential Skills : Hands-on working experience architecting Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions, including customization and integration.
Guidewire certification is a plus.Other technologies of interest : Guidewire Cloud, Salesforce CRM, legacy modernization, and AWS.
Proven knowledge & architecture experience in, architecture (digital / digital marketing / micro / macro / monolithic services, APIs), application integration, service-oriented architecture, event-driven architecture, application architecture, distributed architecture, data architecture and modelling.
Proven experience with modelling languages & techniques. Can quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.
Can understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations. Strong technical background (platforms, languages, protocols, frameworks, open source, etc.
Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF) & architecture certifications a plus.Experience in engaging and supporting claims teams and understanding their day-to-day operations in the P&C insurance space.
