The successful applicant will assume all responsibilities for their respective businesses within the designated partner and Business Unit.
The Data Analyst will be a key member of the Canadian Sales Enablement & Analytics Team. This role will own Power BI for Canada and will support the Director of eCommerce on Process Improvement projects that could benefit from automation and data visualization.
Specific responsibilities include :
- Design and manage all Power BI reports and dashboards for the Canadian organization
- Work with US counterparts to determine which US PBI reports to customize, use in Canada as-is, or not bring to the Canadian marketplace
- Work with Global data teams to review and manage Caspian data migration
- Support the Director of eCommerce on ad hoc projects to improve reporting and automation for other teams in the Canadian organization
- Manage customer contract tracking in Salesforce
- Manages PBI and Salesforce onboarding and access for Canadian users
- Ensure consistency between data platforms to enforce data governance best practices
- Utilize Microsoft excel to manage key data files for the greater sales teams
- University degree or a College diploma in Business, IT or a relevant area of study
- 2 years of experience in Power BI and creating insightful dashboards in a enterprise environment
- Strong proficiency in PowerBI, Power Query, Power Automate, and Excel with the ability to manipulate, analyze, and visualize data
- Proficiency in data management, including data cleaning, transformation, and validation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Project Management basics is an asset but not mandatory
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well independently
