Job Description
Three-month contract from July 2024 to September 2024, with possible extension. This is a hybrid position, working 40% on-premise at head office and 60% remote deployment, working PST Vancouver time.
Our client is seeking a contract Microsoft InTune MDM Specialist to assist in deploying InTune to mobile devices and phasing out the current MDM.
The Technician will collaborate with IT specialists and staff across the organization, focusing on : - Microsoft InTune Deployment and Enrollment : - Unenrolling phones from Workspace ONE - Re-enrolling iPhones using InTune - Backing up Android Phones (Samsung) - Re-enrolling Android phones using InTune - Troubleshooting any enrollment errors - SharePoint Security - Azure Entra (Azure AD) - Microsoft InTune Administration Reporting : - This position reports to the Supervisor of the Network Team, which is part of the Infrastructure Services Division within Corporate Services.
Qualifications : - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 - Experience with Microsoft InTune & VMware Workspace ONE - Strong and pleasant communication skills - Good documentation skills - Ability to work on-premise 40% in Burnaby Additional Requirements : - Perform assigned duties with minimal supervision, though direction will be provided - Maintain confidentiality What's In It For You?
