We currently have an opening for a National Sales Account Manager.

IronLink Logistics seeks a seasoned, passionate, and dynamic logistics sales professional to grow our 3PL Logistics services.

This role is high-profile and key to our aggressive growth plans. The National Sales Account Manager is responsible for prospecting for new account sales leads, developing selling relationships, networking in target-rich environments, achieving sales goals, farming referrals from existing clients, and properly onboarding new clients to ensure the finest possible launches and programs.

In this critical role, the Business Development strives to become a trusted 3PL Logistics advisor and often an extension of our clients’ logistics teams providing support, insights, and value that enable those clients to improve their businesses and achieve their strategic goals.

An ideal candidate will use professional selling skills to uncover client desires, business goals, facility aesthetics, budgets, and openness to implementing the right solutions.

Next, they present solutions that improve employee experience, create compelling collaboration experiences for their clients, increase productivity and teamwork, and enhance the client’s expertise and capabilities.

Our solutions are high-end. An essential task for the NSAM is to qualify prospects early on to determine if they are candidates for superior solutions.

We typically decline participating in strictly price-driven bids.

Our NSAMs deliver value by making complex 3PL Logistics solutions simple, customized, and that help clients achieve high ROI from their 3PL Logistics investments and accomplish their strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have :

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous logistics sales experience is required
  • Significant Enterprise sales and strategic customer development experience
  • Minimum of two to five years successful experience as a direct contributor carrying an individual quota
  • Sales experience in large ticket sales and track record managing a large prospect list
  • Creation and execution of quarterly and annual business plans
  • Outstanding executive presence, communication skills, and credibility
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Skilled at accurate forecasting and articulating complex business conditions and challenges
