The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will supportall commercial functions as well as the Canadian ExecutiveLeadership team including administrative support to the GeneralManager.
This role will also be responsible for coordinating allCanadian employee site events and celebrations.
What You'll Do :
Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teamsyou'll support and contribute to projects of varying sizeand complexity.
You'll create and manage the annual companyteam calendar.
- Internal meetings managementorganize coordinate and manage follow up of all internal meetingsincluding scheduling & participation catering travelarrangements venue management.
- External eventmanagement organization venue selection & management travelarrangements for healthcare professionals healthcare compliance andreporting budget management & invoiceresolution.
- Finance / Budget administrativesupport purchase order preparation monthly spend reconciliation andreporting to Finance invoice payment processing.
- Vendor & Contract Management Tender / contractdossier preparation submission execution and monitoring. VendorAudits.
- Operating Procedures Project &Process Management support and lead coordination of new / updatedstandard operating procedures including policies for all Canadianemployees.
- Onboarding provide assistance tonew employees for equipment procedures and systemstraining.
Who You Are :
- You're an organization expert! Highattention to detail able to juggle numerous tasks at varying stageof completion.
- You enjoy working with people.Collaborating with colleagues following up and engaging pleasantlywith external vendors contacts and customers.
- Minimum 57 years professional experience in sales and / ormarketing support executive assistant general administrationcombined with customer relations.
- Maintain aprofessional disposition at all times above average communicationskills. Fluent in English both written and spoken.
One additionallanguage relevant to the sales region is an asset.
- Able to work virtually with minimal supervision bepresent & organize onsite office space within hybrid workenvironment.
- A valid drivers license& personal vehicle is required as this role will travel toboth venues & the office to complete meeting set up inadvance and collaborate with team members.
- You're technology savvy fully proficient with MSOffice 365 internet search & research calendar andscheduling tools and collaboration / work management software eg.
SmartSheet MindManager MS Project Adobe.
- Calmunder pressure and a positive attitude you like to figure out howto get things done.
- Bachelor's Degreein Business or a related field
- Priorpharmaceutical or biotech experience is preferred
