What we're looking for :

Experience in construction recruitment / Sales or related fields. We need someone who knows their way around the job site.

Target-driven mindset. It would be best to have a hunger for success that's insatiable as a cement mixer.

Excellent communication skills. You'll be schmoozing with clients, negotiating deals, and charming candidates left, right, and centre.

The ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping a single ball (or wrecking ball, for that matter).
