Data Entry Clerk

Matrix HR is currently hiring a Data Entry Clerk for the Woodfibre industrial project located in Squamish, BC. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team in an industrial environment, contributing to a significant project in the region.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collate and input data into the company's computer system from various sources such as reports from NDE (non-destructive engineering) technicians.
• Gather and organize documentation, including general arrangement drawings, statutory certifications, test packs, and memos, into equipment files.
• Manage the creation and control of a filing system for project documentation.
• Input and manage data in the Data Management System from client engineers and the Quality Team.
• Maintain organized records of metric, CAR (Corrective Action Request), observation data, and test packs.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Proficient in MS Office programs (Word and Excel).
• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Experience in a technical environment, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Bilingual in English and a local language is preferred.
• Technical translation skills are a plus.
