JobOverview :

T heSite Services Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects ofjanitorial services at the designated site ensuring compliance withcontract obligations and delivering highquality services to meetclient expectations.

The role involves managing communicationbetween the company and the client leading the cleaning staffmaintaining health and safety standards and managing resources toensure smoothoperations.

DutiesandResponsibilities :

Oversee dailyweekly and monthly cleaning services according to the janitorialservice agreement. Respond to additional service requests orbuilding inspections in a timelymanner.

Complete weeklyschedule for each LD HD Porter and / or any other front lineposition. Submit these to Manager for review andapproval.

Conduct regularschedule and impromptu inspections and audits to ensure qualitycontrol

Manage allclient communication (both verbal and electronic) related to thedelivery of services as outlined in the contract MSA.

Address anyconcerns or special requestspromptly.

Work closelywith Regional VP to ensure customer satisfaction and contractualobligations are met. Participate in periodic (biweekly) managementmeetings at the company head office to report on service deliveryandperformance.

Lead and managecleaning supervisors and staff fostering a cohesive and productivework environment. Ensure the team adheres to elished procedures andschedules.

Ensure adequatestaffing levels are maintained. Coordinate job openings and hiringprocesses with HRBP to fill any gaps in theteam.

Manage equipmentand vehicle maintenance ensuring preventive and ongoing upkeep toavoid disruptions inservice.

Implement andmanage the companys Health and Safety (H&S) program at thesite and update the H&S board with any new company policiesorcontent.

Elish anddeliver required training to meet both legislative and contractualrequirements including cleanroom requirements.

Provide regularrefresher training as needed and ensure staff understand theirduties by obtaining signoff on requireddoentation.

Conduct dailyand weekly building inspections to ensure that all work meetscontract specifications. Collect measurable data to track servicequality and staff performance via Coach and Counsel Forms and / orthe Domus App.

Manage sitematerials and product inventory. Ensure monthly order processing iscompleted and that product usage stays within budget igned to thebuilding.

Submit detailedService Requests to the client for any identified facilitydeficiencies specifying the location and nature of theproblem.

• Provenexperience in managing cleaning services in a commercial orinstitutionalsetting.

WorkingConditions :

Fulltimeposition requiring site presence and occasional travel to thecompany head office for managementmeetings.

BonusEligibility :

Thisposition will qualify for an annual bonus to a maximum of 5% ofannualsalary.
