Job Summary

This Company seeking a brilliant and resultsdrivenGenerative AI Expert to join the Technology & DigitalCoordination team within its HR & Corporate Services(HR&CS) business and shape the future of technology inCorporate Services sector.

This critical role will be responsiblefor driving cuttingedge generative AI initiatives tackling complexproblems and providing advice to decision makers in an advisorcapacity.

As our AIExpert youll play a pivotal role in working with crossfunctionalteams to develop implement and drive the HR&CS AIstrategy.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Define and implement the HR&CS AI roadmap identifyingopportunities for AI integration across the businessline.
• Collaborate across organizations on theideation scoping and implementation of the bestsuited generative AIsolutions to address their needs.
• Advise andsupport stakeholders applying generative AI methodologies withintheir business to improve performance and enable datadrivendecisionmaking.
• Design and develop solutionsthat utilize generative AI leveraging Machine Learning (ML) andLarge Language Models (LLM) tailored to business needs.
• Finetune generative AI models using the most efficientalgorithms focusing on delivering optimal outcomes.
• Establish and lead teams to develop and supportgenerative AI initiatives and upskill them as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers data scientistsproduct managers and other stakeholders.
• Clearly articulate complex technical concepts to bothtechnical and nontechnical audiences.
• Stayabreast of the latest advancements in AI through continuouslearning and staying current with industry trends.

Requirements :

• Willingness to permanentlyrelocate to Dhahran Saudi Arabia.
• Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science MachineLearning or a related field with a strong focus on ArtificialIntelligence.
• 10 years of work experience inthe Digital Technology field with at least 5 years of experience indeveloping and deploying AI models.
• Preferablypossessing Generative AI Professional Certification Deep Gen AICertification or equivalent.
• Demonstratedexperience in designing and implementing Generative AImodels.
• Proficiency in programming AIrelatedlanguages such as Python and other AI frameworks.
• Deep understanding of deep learning architecture machinelearning natural language processing (NLP) and generativemodels.
• Experience in handling data includingdata analysis manipulation processing and augmentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with theability to translate technical concepts into a nontechnicalpresentable format.
