Job Description
We are looking for a talented Project Manager who can lead an Oracle Cloud Procurement implementation from start to finish.

What You'll Do :
- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of our Oracle Cloud Procurement implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and project requirements.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones.
- Work with various teams, including business stakeholders, technical experts, consultants, and vendors, to ensure alignment throughout all project phases.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement strategies to address challenges.
- Regularly update stakeholders, sponsors, and senior management on the project status through meetings, reports, and presentations.
- Follow project management best practices and methodologies to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Help the organization prepare for and adopt the new Oracle Cloud Procurement solution.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Must-Have Skills :
- Proven experience in managing complex IT projects, especially within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem, using methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
- Excellent skills in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
Nice to Have Skills :
- Certification in Oracle Cloud Procurement or related modules.
- Experience leading change initiatives and helping organizations transition to new systems and technologies.
- Experience managing relationships with external vendors and consultants. Requirements :
