The digital marketing specialist reports to the Digital Manager and is responsible for developing and managing engaging content for various digital marketing channels, including websites, social media, and email campaigns, to align with brand messaging and growth objectives.

This role involves optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement. The specialist will enhance user experiences across digital touchpoints, manage digital tools and platforms, and ensure content is culturally appropriate for different markets.

The specialist will also utilize data analysis to track campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and support the integration of AI and machine learning into digital marketing strategies.

Responsabilities and duties

Content Creation and Campaign Management

  • Develop and manage engaging content for digital marketing channels, including website pages, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with both the digital and brand teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of product and promotion launches.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective digital assets.
  • Manage website-content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content across all digital platforms.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Support the development and execution of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

User Experience and Digital Tools

  • Take ownership of UX responsibilities, working to enhance the user experience across all digital touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey for users.
  • Design user-friendly interfaces, improve user experience, create wireframes and prototypes, and conduct usability testing.
  • Serve as the point of contact for IT when rolling out new internal systems or tools, managing the UX / UI aspects and coordinating with the design team for UI elements.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve digital experiences.
  • Manage digital tools and platforms, including CMS, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
  • Ensure content is culturally and linguistically appropriate for different markets, manage translation and localization of digital assets.

Data Analysis and Innovation

  • Track and analyze the performance of digital organic content and paid media campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Experiment with new digital tools and technologies, recommending implementations that could enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the integration of AI and machine learning technologies into digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content creation, campaigns, and UX.
  • Proven track record of creating and managing engaging digital content across websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Experience in Content Management Systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar).
  • Strong understanding of UX / UI principles and experience in designing user-friendly interfaces, creating wireframes and prototypes, and conducting usability testing.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze and report on digital content and campaign performance.
  • Experience using data-driven insights to make recommendations for optimizing digital marketing efforts.
  • Willingness to experiment with new digital marketing tools and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Open to learning and adopting new technologies and methods in digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Bilingual (English-French) communication skills. This position will be working with global partners across the globe and to members of leadership in Australia.
  • Bonus : Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and / or healthcare industry.
