To support our growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance in Ontario. You will play a key role in developing new partnerships and recruiting qualified employees for several brokerage firms.

  • Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 08h00am to 17h00pm

What you will be doing

  • Full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing and client presentation)
  • Conduct interviews for general insurance positions
  • Proactively seek out candidates
  • Develop a targeted and effective recruitment strategy based on each order.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies (attraction, selection and branding) by effectively using social networks, professional and social networking sites.
  • Actively promote the company and support organizational initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Develop existing mandates by regularly sourcing potential new clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Who are you?

  • You have at least 5 years' experience as a damage insurance broker - MANDATORY
  • You are familiar with the insurance industry and have already obtained your RIBO certification.
  • Bilingual (English and French) - mandatory
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • You are sales and results-oriented
  • You are computer-literate, able to navigate multiple software programs, all on 2 screens
  • You're a fast learner and highly organized.
  • Excellent ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Cycle de recrutement complet (recherche de candidats, sélection, entretiens et présentation au client)
  • Conduire des entretiens pour des postes en assurance générale
  • Recherche proactive de candidats
  • Élaborer une stratégie de recrutement ciblée et efficace en fonction de chaque commande.
  • Développer et exécuter des stratégies de recrutement (attraction, sélection et image de marque) en utilisant efficacement les réseaux sociaux, les sites professionnels et les sites de réseautage social.
  • Promouvoir activement l'entreprise et soutenir les initiatives organisationnelles visant à créer une main-d'œuvre diversifiée et inclusive.
  • Développer les mandats existants en recherchant régulièrement de nouveaux clients potentiels.
  • Effectuer d'autres tâches qui lui sont confiées.
  • Qui êtes-vous ?

  • Vous avez au moins 5 années d’expériences comme courtier en assurance de dommages - OBLIGATOIRE
  • Vous connaissez bien le domaine de l’assurance et avez déjà eu votre certification RIBO
  • Vous êtes bilingues (anglais et français) - obligatoire
  • Forte capacité à créer des relations solides
  • Vous êtes axé sur la vente et les résultats
  • Tu as de l'aisance informatique pour naviguer sur plusieurs logiciels, le tout sur 2 écrans
  • Tu apprends rapidement et fais preuve d'une bonne organisation
  • Excellente capacité à travailler seul et en équipe
