Construction Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced  Construction Project Manager  to oversee the development, implementation, and close-out phases of large scale high-rise residential projects. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring all contractual, schedule, cost, quality, and communication requirements are met. Key Responsibilities :

• Development Phase : Coordinate design consultants, manage the tender process, and finalize contracts with consultants and contractors.
• Implementation & Execution : Administer contractual documentation, handle contract administration, and oversee change management.
• Project Close-Out : Ensure proper documentation for project closure, including archive and historical data.
• Time & Cost Management : Monitor project schedules, manage cash flow, and track budget performance.
• Quality & Risk Management : Maintain project documentation, ensure compliance with quality standards, and manage risk related to unforeseen conditions and insurance requirements.
• Procurement & Contract Management : Oversee procurement procedures, issue tender bids, manage change orders, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders. Specifically  CCDC5 CCDC17
• Communication : Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, prepare meeting minutes and status reports, and manage project communication platforms.
• Team Management : Foster collaboration among the project team, including consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
