160-$180k Base

Our client is expanding and in search of a Project Manager that has completed 2 full cycle High-Rise residential projects . The project(s) that you would be considered for is a combination of 1 standalone project and another multiphase project. Both very exciting projects to be involved in. Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Liaise with Safety Manager to meet safety goals.
• Consistently Plan, organize, and control projects per established policies and systems.
• Collaborate with superintendents, supervise project administration and engineers. Maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and design partners.
• Identify, and if needed, implement and enforce construction site rules and procedures.
• Organize forecasts, track, and report project costs / revenue.
• Approve subcontract progress payments and job material invoices.
• Collaborate with Site Management to ensure the construction schedule is on time.
• Identify any concerns that may arise that would interfere with the construction schedule and develop a plan to work around.
