Description de postePost Secondary Education. Minimum 3-5 years related Account Management / Sales experience within the automotive manufacturing sector. Fully Bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English. Experience with sales reporting, management reporting, and variance analysis. Excellent organization, customer service and time management skills.

Position : Key Customer Account Manager - Bilingual (English / Japanese).
Location : Brantford, ON.
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000 per year + Benefits and other Rewards.
Industry : Account Management / Automotive Manufacturing / Engineering.
Employment Term : Full Time / Permanent.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Serve as a key member of the Sales Department.
- Act as a liaison between the company and customer accounts.
- Provide accurate and efficient information to customers.
- Resolve emerging issues faced by customer accounts.
- Serve as the direct interface with prospective customers as assigned.
