IT Business AnalystYour role as IT Business Analyst will be to work closely with the various business departments, to gather technological needs and translate them into technical requirements for the development teams. Your working environment : The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is based in Mirabel, in the greater Montreal area, where the vibrant city of Montreal is just a stone's throw away. Must Have : Organize in-depth discovery meetings to understand, identify, and define the client's business-related technology needs and operational objectives. Identify areas for business process improvement and propose IT solutions consistent with the IT strategy. Assist the IT Product Manager in product / service planning based on client requirements. Document current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a client-specific manner. Define and develop required specifications to be reviewed with stakeholders and product team members. Monitor external business trends to better address business requirements. Act as a liaison between product management teams and technical resources during product development and implementation to ensure the integrity of the delivered solution. Must Have : Experience as an IT Business Analyst over 8 + years of experience. Experience in IT project management (PMO) Experience with SAFE (Methodology) - An asset Adaptability and Inclusiveness Languages : French and English
