Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented and forward-thinking Director of Finance to lead financial operations across Medicom’s North American distribution and manufacturing business.
Reporting directly to the Vice President, Finance – North America, this role is a strategic partner to help shape the financial direction of the organization, ensure operational excellence, and enable profitable and strategic growth. As a key member, the Director will be accountable for the full financial reporting cycle, budgeting, forecasting, and in-depth performance analysis. He will own and optimize core financial systems and processes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with business objectives to ensure scalability.
The Director of Finance brings a strong sense of business acumen and ideally a background in manufacturing and / or distribution, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role combines analytical depth with operational experience and will act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, empowering better decision-making through actionable financial insights.
He will be able to perform his responsibilities all while living the Company’s values of teamwork, accountability, customer centricity, and empathy.
