Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting computer problems, maintaining computer equipment, and managing incidents.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the proper functioning of technological infrastructures.Manage user incidents and requests, while respecting service levels.Install, configure and update software and applications.Install and maintain computer equipment (computers, printers, etc.).Carry out the reorganization of computer equipment.Document installation procedures.Diagnose, prioritize and resolve IT problems.Participate in a 24 / 7 support rotation.Assist the main network administrator.QualificationsCollege diploma in computer science or equivalent.Minimum of one (1) year of experience in user support.Knowledge of Windows Server environments, Windows operating systems, virtualization tools and office software.Knowledge of computer networks and Cisco equipment.Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
