Level 3 Support – Bilingual Job Description

• Windows 10, Windows Servers 2016 or 2019, windows 11
• 3+ years of Level 3 support experience
• Active Directory
• M365
• Powershell
• Teams SharePoint, Teams phone
• Work with azure AD
• Experience with Microsoft 365 admin center
• Networking- support and troubleshooting
• VMware experience is nice to have but not required
