What you will do

• Be involved in the activities pertaining to the integration of radio hardware and software.
• Have an opportunity to learn about engineering in a real work environment, and, in particular, what hands-on electrical engineering is all about.
• Gain first-hand insight into the transition from engineering studies to a professional product development workplace.
• Help with data entry and document management, by organizing integration reports, test plans, and test results.
• Gain exposure to the engineering labs and engineering tools.
• Participate in simple radio product configuration activities in the lab.
• Participate in simple integration test supervision.
• Contribute to the overall success of the Radio Integration team goals.

You will bring

This position is based in Ottawa. Expectation is for student to be in the office 5 days / week (100%) with a 60% minimum in some situations based on manager's requirement.

Other requirements

This position reports to Manager - Product Integration 1.
