Job Description
Under the supervision of the Coordinator and Team Lead of Human Resources, the successful candidate will proactively champion a high-quality, customer-focused approach to recruitment as a trusted talent partner. The role will lead the execution and continuous improvement of the Human Resources recruitment strategy.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working on a variety of duties simultaneously, is excited about bringing new ideas and rolling out new HR trends and initiatives in the area of recruitment and talent acquisition. The successful candidate will be able to learn about the Board's values and work independently. This person will have a strong work ethic demonstrating pride in, and accountability for, the quality of their work.

This is a full-time permanent position with an annual salary range of $92,779 - $100,637. The anticipated start date of the assignment will be as soon as the recruitment process has been completed. A comprehensive employee benefits and pension package is provided.
