Student, Settlement & Structured Transactions (Winter 2025)

About the Role

The Settlement and Structured Transactions Group is looking to hire a student for the Winter 2025 coop term. The student will assist the group with analysis of information and invoicing of transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate the sale and purchase of energy related transactions;
• Collect, document and resolve variances between internal and external data;
• Recognize discrepancies and follow up until they are resolved;
• Calculate, estimate and validate costs and credits relating to energy transactions;
• Reconcile settlement statements and invoices;
• Create accounting entries using accounting software (IFS
