Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with some on-site presence in Montreal required. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
Community Manager at Twine
This role is ideal for a creative professional passionate about building vibrant online communities and shaping brand identity in the hospitality sector. As the content creator for a new café / bar opening in Montreal, you will be responsible for developing the digital voice and visual presence of the brand.
You will work closely with the team to conceptualize the café’s online persona, ensuring all content aligns with the desired atmosphere and values. While you will be provided with photo and video assets, your expertise will be essential in crafting engaging posts, captions, and campaigns that resonate with both local and broader audiences. A hybrid work arrangement is expected, with some on-site presence in Montreal to stay connected with the brand’s evolving story.
Deliverables
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the café / bar’s brand and target audience.
- Create and schedule engaging posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, utilizing provided visual assets.
- Craft compelling copy and captions in both French and English to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to community interactions, fostering a welcoming and active online presence.
- Collaborate with the internal team to align content with promotional events, menu launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize growth and engagement.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure all content reflects the café’s unique vibe and values.
