Were seeking a passionate Business Development Specialist responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and coldcalling. This role requires an individual with strong communication skills persistence and a strategic mindset to build relationships with potential clients and grow the companys customer base.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Perform professional outreach through coldcalling email and social media to introduce company services.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to discuss tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress through CRM tools.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Provide regular reports on prospecting activities and progress toward business targets.
- Foster positive client relationships to encourage longterm partnerships.
Requirements
Proven experience in cold-calling and lead generation, with a track record of success in generating qualified leads. Previous experience in business development or sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in reaching out to potential clients. Ability to work independently, manage rejection, and stay motivated. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets. University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
