Responsabilités et tâches essentielles :

Participer à la création et au maintien de la stratégie d’intelligence d’affaires (BI, Business Intelligence) de Dental Wings.
Analyser des processus et besoins d’affaires, identifier des valeurs, sources de données et effectuer des analyses de performance (profiling).
Donner des formations aux utilisateurs de Power BI.
Participer à la mise en place de la gouvernance de la qualité des données et métadonnées, du nettoyage et de la sensibilisation des utilisateurs.
Participer à l’évolution de l’architecture de la solution d’intelligence d’affaires, de l’entrepôt de données et des outils de rapports et d’analyse.
Créer et gérer les ETLs (extract transform load).
Collecter les données des produits développés à l’interne.
Concevoir des tableaux de bord et des rapports dynamiques avec Power BI.
Participer à la stabilisation et à l’amélioration de la plateforme BI en place.
Documenter les processus de flux de données (data pipeline).

Prérequis essentiels :

Baccalauréat en informatique, ou équivalent;

4 ans d'expérience en intelligence d'affaires d'une organisation, incluant 2 ans d’expérience avec les outils AWS S3, AWS Glue, Snowflake et Power BI;

4 ans d'expérience comme développeur logiciel avec SQL;

Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.

Accountabilities and core tasks :

Participate in the creation and maintenance of Straumann Montreal Business Intelligence (BI) strategy.

Analyze business processes and needs, identify values, data sources and perform profiling.

Provide training to Power BI users.

Participate in the implementation of data quality and metadata governance, cleansing and user awareness.

Participate in the evolution of the Business Intelligence solution architecture, data warehouse, reporting and analysis tools.

Create and manage ETLs (extract transform load).

Collect data from products developed in-house.

Design dynamic dashboards and reports with Power BI.

Participate in the stabilization and improvement of the existing BI platform.

Document data flow processes (data pipeline).

Other related tasks.

Essential requirements :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent;

4 years' experience in business intelligence in an organization, including 2 years' experience with AWS S3, AWS Glue, Snowflake and Power BI tools;

4 years' experience as a software developer with SQL;

Fluency in French and English.
