We are offering a contract opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in the consultancy industry, based in Edmonton, Alberta. This role primarily involves supporting disability management and coordinating training sessions. This is a part-time remote position with an experienced team.
Responsibilities :
- Using project management software for various tasks
- Facilitating communication with clients and the Worker's Compensation Board (WCB)
- Setting up and coordinating training sessions for WCB
- Processing and organizing documents
- Maintaining an updated contact list for authorizations
- Conducting weekly and team meetings
- Utilizing basic skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ensuring effective communication within the team
- Generating and storing reports
- Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services for effective financial management is ideal
- Experience in creating and managing Banner Ads.
- Ability to handle online meetings and webinars using Cisco Webex Meetings.
- Experience with travel and expense management
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage client relationships and interactions.
- Familiarity with the About Time project management tool.
- Comfortable answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of budget processes, including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Experience with calendar management, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
