Join Our Team as a Property Services Coordinator

Are you seeking a long-term opportunity where you can showcase your coordination skills, technical knowledge, and commitment to teamwork?

Brightside is looking for a dedicated Property Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview :

Reporting directly to the Director of Property Services, you will work closely with our field and housing services teams to coordinate repairs and maintenance activities, manage third-party contractors, and ensure the timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate repair requests and maintenance activities, ensuring timely and courteous responses to resident inquiries.
  • Collaborate with our field and housing services teams to facilitate access to suites and complete repairs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of repair requests and follow-up notes in our CRM database system.
  • Manage third-party contractor activities, including obtaining quotes and preparing tender documents.
  • Ensure the successful completion of repair and maintenance services in accordance with company standards.

Skills & Experience :

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in fast-paced customer service or administrative roles, with a focus on coordination and organization.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of trade work and familiarity with the Residential Tenancy Act are assets.
  • Ability to work autonomously while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Brightside is also proud to be a certified Living Wage employer. Salary range for this position is $54,000-$61,000 per annum.

A competitive extended health, dental and vision package is provided to qualified employees upon hiring. Employer-Matching RRSP program is offered after three (3) months of successful and continuous employment.

A criminal record check for working with vulnerable children and adults is required for this position.
