Key responsibilities :

• Assist the implementation team with data extract transform and load (ETL) tasks.
• Assist in the development and testing of dashboards and reports
• Assist with functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by writing and executing test cases to validate the project scope is met identifying and properly raising software bugs and providing product feedback.
• Support the documentation of new or ongoing implementation projects.
• Support software implementation activities across all stages of the project lifecycle (Design Implement & Delivery) within the Professional Services department.
• Assist in creating and maintaining implementation / user guides for internal and client-facing use create and improve documentation of technical issues and their resolutions in our knowledge base.
• Follow established IT procedures and best practices.
• Participate in IT projects such as software upgrades and hardware deployments.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
• Compliance with ISO 27001 and related controls
