Job Description

Our client is actively seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in accounting and finance, ideally in a supervisory capacity. The successful candidate will have experience with high-volume accounts payables, cashflow forecasting, foreign exchange, and monthly reporting.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage the full accounts payable cycle, which is high-volume and fast-paced.

Lead month‑end processes and reporting for AP, AR, and all other transactions.

Monitor cash flow and prepare / analyze cash flow statements and reports.

Complete foreign exchange analyses.

Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes.

Evaluate systems, software, and workflow, and implement process improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

3+ years of experience handling high-volume accounts payables and cash forecasting

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field

CPA preferred but not required

Proficiency with ERP systems and accounting software required

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required

High level of organization and detail orientation

Strong communication skills
