Position Summary :

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Manager of Engineering to lead engineering operations across Organigram’s Moncton, Winnipeg, and Lac‑Supérieur facilities. Based in Moncton, this role reports directly to the Senior Director of Engineering and maintains a strong dotted‑line relationship with the General Managers across the 3 sites, involving frequent collaboration and guidance. The successful candidate will oversee a team of engineers and EITs, driving capital projects, continuous improvement, and operational support. The ideal candidate brings expertise in manufacturing engineering, a foundation in Lean Manufacturing and CAPEX project management, and a proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
